At American Girl, people who reviewed the pets saying they were disappointed about the hard body, I think that proves you're just looking at the picture when you order online. Because the description says it's hard. They say it has a hard body and soft fur. I just wanted to say that for a while.
Sorry, I know that was out of the blue, but I needed to say/type that-- those reviewers were getting annoying.
Plus, did anyone enter Soar With Saige Sweepstakes and NOT find their balloon on the mosaic?! I was annoyed. I'm not trying to be greedy, but I could have won. That's annoying and unfair. That's why I say that you SHOULDN'T ALWAYS TRUST AMERICAN GIRL! They WILL send you your items that you ordered and stuff, but I have found quite a few items. Sorry, AG, I'm trashing you. I love your items, but sometimes you deserve it.
Now, listen. I LOVE the dolls and pets, so this is not to them-- this is to AMERICAN GIRL PEOPLE.
I think that some of their prices are too high for what they give you-- especially quality.
Here are my complaints. But before I type them, if you're reading this and have any complaints to American Girl, I would like to hear them, so please comment. But one thing-- DO NOT COMMENT A PET COMPLAINT SAYING THEIR BODIES ARE HARD. If there is a different complaint about the pets, feel free. Plus, if you agree with some of my complaints (that may not just be about items) then feel free to comment that you agree.

They did not put a lot of people's art on the Soar With Saige Mosaic.
The piano isn't very good... I don't have it, but I' heard they rip you off.
They have been doing this recently-- making items smaller and prices higher.
That reminds me-- have I said that they have RIDICULOUSLY HIGH PRICES?
Some of the things that their items are made of are not good quality-- some items break easily.
